Jimminy Crockett had a magic book, from which many characters and situations sprang to life in Jimminy's world.

Jimminy Crockett found a magic book in the attic at his childhood home. It had been his father's and grandfather's and was now his. The book introduced Jimminy to some fantastic characters and involved him in some preposterous adventures.

  • This version of Jimminy Crockett, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–1986 crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the 2022-2023 crossover event Dark Crisis. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
  • "Jimminy and his Magic Book" appeared at least twice per issue, in the last seven issues of More Fun Comics (Volume 1), for a total of seventeen stories.
  • Not to be confused with Jiminy Cricket.
