Jinx is a sorceress who can manipulate probability. She is a member of the Fearsome Five and an enemy of the Titans.
History
During the Forever Evil, Jinx and the Fearsome Five were recruited by the Crime Syndicate to join the Secret Society of Super Villains.[1]
The Fearsome Five were later sent among Doctor Psycho and Hector Hammond to fight against Cyborg and the Metal Men, but they are easily defeated by the Metal Men because they are not vulnerable to mental attacks.[2]

- Magic
- Flight: Jinx can use her magic to levitate her body.[3]
- Telekinesis: Jinx can influence and manipulate matter with her magical abilities.[3]
- Probability Manipulation: Jinx's body produces mystical energy which she can use for a variety of effects. Among these is the ability to affect probability fields around specific objects. For example, through an act of will, Jinx can cause electrical systems to malfunction. Jinx's sorcery also enables her to affect the elements.[4]
- Eldritch Blast: Jinx can project blasts of magical energy from her hands.[5]
- Elemental Control: Jinx can manipulate the natural forces of nature in numerous ways.
- Electro-Blast: Jinx can release blasts of electricity capable of melting human flesh.[3]
- Pyrokinesis: Jinx can generate and control mystical flames.[3]
- Geokinesis: Jinx can manipulate rock and soil.[6]
- Cryokinesis: Jinx can create and control ice.[7]
Notes
- Jinx was created by Marv Wolfman and Chuck Patton, first appearing in Tales of the Teen Titans #56. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Jinx first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Forever Evil #1 by Geoff Johns and David Finch.
Trivia
- Jinx was originally bald, but as of the Dawn of DC stage, she now possesses pink hair, based on her incarnation from the Teen Titans series.
