The Jirenn are one of two dominant species on the planet Rojira.
History
The Jirenn lived peaceful lives, enjoying gardening and other simple pleasures. When the Rulanns attacked, they had no idea how to fight back. It took the courage of one of their own, Rori Dag, to help them discover their inner strength.
The Guardians made Dag a Green Lantern, the universe's first, when they saw his natural bravery and lack of fear. The Rulaans were swept away back to their side of the planet.
