Jocasta was a skilled assassin and spy recruited by Goldface to form an Interstelar Crime Force.

History

Jocasta escaped from her Sciencell on Oa and joined Goldface's gang on Earth. Initially, the ‎Interestelar ‎Crime Force was stationed in California, but their location was compromised when Evil Star brought Green Lantern's attention to them.

When Goldface's gang moved his operations to Las Vegas, they confronted Guy Gardner, who put an end to their activities and sent them to jail.
