Joe Matt (b. September 3, 1963 – d.September 18, 2023) was a comic book artist.

Matt was a cartoonist and writer, best known for making the autobiographical series Peepshow. He took on coloring work at DC, Dark Horse, Phantagraphic and other comic book publishers to pay the bills.
