Joe Parry was a petty criminal who once found the Panacomputer, an alien device which could grant whatever he wished.
History
Parry's actions using the gadget put him in the sights of the Justice League of America. Parry even created the Super-Duper, a creature whose body parts were a mix of those of the JLAers, in order to destroy the JLA, but in the end, the team defeated his creation and arrested the criminal.[1]
Another time time, Parry tried to manipulate Ultraa into turning to crime.[2]
