Joely Bartlett is a detective in the Gotham City Police Department's Major Crimes Unit, where she is partnered by Vincent Del Arrazio.

History

Joely Bartlett is known for having a keen eye for detail, despite her sloppy and messy apartment, and being one of the most attentive and observant members of the team.

Her parents were strong supporters of Lex Luthor's presidential campaign, and this estranged her from them. Cut off from their wealth, she lives on a houseboat, the Emancipated Minor II, in Gotham. Joely is a stout Catholic.
