• This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series The Sandman and is an adaptation of Lady Constantine. The original character was created by Neil Gaiman and Michael Zulli and first appeared in Sandman (Volume 2) #13.
• Lady Constantine is portrayed by Jenna Coleman, who also portrays the modern-day version of Johanna. The first season leaves it ambiguous as to whether they are intended to be the same person.
