Notes
- Dream refers to the Godsphere worlds for the first time in the Post-Flashpoint continuity as "the Far Realms". The Far Realms was the term used to identity the collection of alternate dimensions and planes of existence—which existed beyond the Vertigo Universe and New Earth— in the Pre-Flashpoint Multiverse, where the Sphere of the Gods never existed.
- In the Post-Flashpoint continuity, Clarice Sackville is retconned into being the Cumeaen Sybil. This was never mentioned during the Rebirth era, so it could also be another reality change made by the rebirth of Creation.
- Before the Flashpoint, Sackville was just a powerful magician, both an ally and antagonist to Constantine.
- Although his name is not revealed in this story, the talkative raven that spoke with Clarice was the Raven of the Dreaming, Aristeas of Marmora.
- This issue is collected in John Constantine: Hellblazer - Dead in America.
