Notes
- Final issue.
- John Constantine's story chronologically continues in the Dark Nights: Death Metal event. He will be a major player during the final clash against the Darkest Knight's Last 52 Multiverse Army, in which he will face and defeat a dark version of himself.
- After the unknotting of the timeline and the rebirth of Creation, the events of the This Sceptred Isle storyline are merged into the reborn timeline of Earth 0. The cosmic upheavals also retcon this storyline into taking place around November 2020, not long after Earth 0 is restored by The Hands.
- After the restoration of Prime Earth, the adventures of John, Nat and Noah chronologically resume in John Constantine: Hellblazer - Dead in America (Volume 1).
- This issue is reprinted in John Constantine: Hellblazer: The Best Version of You.
