Metallo was a supervillain working for President Luthor.

History

He posed as a Secret Service agent as an extra layer of Kryptonite-powered security for the president. Little did he know, he was only a pawn in a larger plan. After a fight against Superman and Batman in a cemetery led to the heroes' escape, another of Luthor's underlings, Major Force, killed Metallo to frame Superman.
