- Black Condor was created by Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray, first appearing in Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters #3. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Black Condor first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Catwoman/Tweety & Sylvester Special #1 by Gail Simone and Inaki Miranda.
