Overview
The Johnny DC imprint was for younger readers, and most of its comics were based on cartoons from either Kids' WB or Cartoon Network.
Previously, "Johnny DC" had been a corporate mascot used by DC in the Silver Age, as well as a nickname for DC Comics fans (comparable to "Marvel zombie"). The mascot was the inspiration for Jonni DC.
