Johnny Riley is the Dark Ranger, a member of Batman Incorporated.
History
Formerly known as the Scout, Johnny took over as the Dark Ranger after the death of his partner, the previous Ranger. He was inducted into Batman Incorporated by the Knight[1] and often works closely with the Squire.[2] He is also a member of Australia's superteam, the Sleeping Soldiers.[3]

- Dark Ranger was created by Grant Morrison and Tony S. Daniel, first appearing in Batman #681. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Dark Ranger first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Batman Incorporated (Volume 2) #0 by Grant Morrison and Frazer Irving.
