Joker (Krypto the Superdog)

During a thunderstorm, from his cell at Arkham Asylum, Joker created a new laughing toxin that would make people laugh uncontrollably every 15 minutes. He then had Bud and Lou go out and spread the toxin, while also collecting loot to bring back to him. However, due to the intervention of Ace The Bat-Hound, Krypto and Streaky, this plan failed and the two hyenas were captured and sent back to the Joker's cell.

Later on, with the help of Bud and Lou once again, the Joker created robotic bats and sent them to go out and steal valuables in Connecticut to distract Batman while he planned a heist. However, after Ace and Krypto found out about this scheme, the robots were deactivated and Batman stopped the Joker, returning him to Arkham Asylum, while Bud and Lou were sent back to Gotham Zoo.

This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Krypto the Superdog and is an adaptation of Joker. The original character was created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger, and Sheldon Moldoff and first appeared in Batman #1.
