The Jokerz is a gang of punks who styled themselves after the Clown Prince of Crime.

History

10,000 Clowns

After being released from Iron Heights, Doug Tan reunited with the Jokerz. He was able to get the different sections from across the world to converge on Gotham City. After rebranding himself the "Joker King," Doug convinced the Jokerz to commit suicide bombing across the city through the use of drugs. Tim Drake was able remotely deactivate the explosives and release an antitoxin across the city, freeing the clowns. As for the Joker King, he was gravely injured during the chaos and died during surgery.

Trivia

• Jokerz that operated in Star City wore red daisies with white polka dots.
