Jokul Frosti, known to mortals as Jack Frost, was a descendant of the Frost Giants who served as the personification of winter.
History
Jack Frost appeared in Washington, D.C. when he learned that his former lover Siegfried had returned to the mortal world. Wanting to rekindle that old flame, Jack played icy pranks on Siggy around the city in the middle of spring, disrupting the natural succession of the seasons.
When Siggy discovered that it was Jack who was behind the pranks, the situation escalated to the point where they became dangerous and threatened mortals. It was then that Wonder Woman intervened and learned that the two men had a "thing" a few millennia ago. Eventually, Diana called upon the spring goddess Persephone to deal with Jack Frost, whose mischief she had been dealing with for centuries, and she convinced him to rest and return in December, telling him that he would see Siegfried again in time, finally allowing her powers to reach the city.[1]
