History

He, Frederick Steddy and Mr. Sprynt, were sent to collect an account book from Osgood Rathaway, who had acquired it to gain leverage in a financial dilemma he was embroiled in with some associates of the Turtle. However, they were defeated by the Flash and Rathaway's son, the Pied Piper.
