Jordan Mahkent was the leader of the Injustice Society of America, the father of Cameron Mahkent, and the husband of the late Christine Mahkent. As a member of a Norwegian family that possesses cryokinetic powers, Jordan inherited his family powers and used them as the supervillain Icicle, to avenge his wife's death and create a "better world". But he was apparently killed in a confrontation with the new Justice Society of America.
