Officer Jorge Heart was a cop with the Central City Police Department.
History
His brother was Detective August Heart. Jorge was killed in the line of duty but there was never enough evidence to make a solid conviction, despite August swearing it was the lowlife Billy Parks. In reality, Jorge was murdered by Reverse-Flash, seemingly to corrupt August.[1]
When August was struck by a bolt of lightning during the speed force storm, he decided to use his new powers to kill the men he believed were responsible for Jorge's death. The Flash, furious that his friend had betrayed him by becoming a killer, proved that, even though August killed Billy in revenge, Parks was actually innocent. Jorge's killer is still somewhere on the loose.
When August sought to learn from Thawne the identity of his brother's killer, Thawne responded by snapping August's neck as he revealed that he did it.[1]
