History

His keeping an eye out while off the clock when he was a patrolman ended up helping Batman catch the Condor Gang when he noticed some jewelry from a recent heist 200 miles away.

• Investigation: Joseph is able to deduce the location of the base of the Condor Gang's fencing operation after identifying a bracelet from a recent heist.
