Joe Minette was a gangster from Gotham City.

History

He was the first criminal put away by Robin. While in prison, he put out a hit on Two-Face for personal reasons using the assassin Shrike from the League of Assassins. The killing was unsuccessful and Minette was killed for this offense, his throat slit in prison.
