History

After escaping prison Joseph was hired by a pair of extraterrestrials to steal things they needed to build a mind control device. His new employers gave him and fellow escaped convict William Blaine advanced technology to carry out their orders, and both he and Blaine donned themed costumes to disguise their identities.
