History

After John Deegan created the second Elseworld, the history of many Earth-1 residents completely changed. Joseph Wilson's life was drastically altered as he never went evil and became a policeman in the Central City Police Department in the new reality.

Wilson teamed up with Malcolm Merlyn and Ricardo Diaz to arrest the Trigger Twins, the altered versions of Barry Allen and Oliver Queen. The three policemen captured the two criminals but Oliver Queen managed to steal a gun from them and escape from Wilson and the other former villains.

Later, Wilson's existence was erased after Oliver Queen managed to stop Deegan from using the Book of Destiny and restored the original reality, destroying the Elseworld.
