Synopsis for "On The Street"

Ambassador Batson told Billy Marvel about how his parents, who were members of the Peace Corps, helped people in New Delhi. Batson also told Billy about superheroes like Shazam, which inspired the boy and his friend Zubin to steal back rice that a warlord stole from them. Afterwards, the two boys were rewarded by Batson, who referred to Billy as "Captain Marvel."
