Notes

  • This story is adapted from Paul Ernst's pulp story, Justice, Inc., published in the September 1, 1939 issue of The Avenger magazine. However, in the original story by Ernst, Benson first met Fergus "Mac" MacMurdie at the airfield and later they met Smitty. In this comic, Benson met Smitty at the airfield first. This version of Richard Benson does not meet Mac until Justice, Inc. #3 under different circumstances.
  • Allan Asherman writes a one-page introduction about "Justice Incorporated."
