Notes
- Final issue.
- The start of the issue is stated in an editor's note to take place during a 36-hour period between Justice League Unlimited (Volume 2) #5 and Justice League Unlimited (Volume 2) #6.
- This seems to be impossible, however, as the Justice League's confrontation with the Legion of Doom in JLU #6 appears to occur immediately after Air Wave's betrayal of the League in JLU #5.
- Sometime after the rescue of Captain Atom, Ray Palmer states that "nearly every Alpha-level Justice League member is missing" and that the Hall of Doom is abandoned, implying that the latter part of the issue occurs after JLU #6.
- One possible explanation is that the whole of this issue takes actually place in a 36-hour period between Justice League Unlimited (Volume 2) #6 and Justice League Unlimited (Volume 2) #7.
