Abate and Switch is an episode of season 1 of Justice League Action. It premiered on December 16, 2016.
Synopsis for "Abate and Switch"
Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman continue the hunt for the Brothers Djinn who are converging on a volcano for some sinister purpose. Their magic causes the heroes to lose their powers, leaving them vulnerable to capture. Batman calls in assistance from John Constantine, who pulls them through a magical portal to his House of Mystery to regroup.
Green Arrow, Plastic Man, and Swamp Thing join them there and when the heroes' powers return, Wonder Woman is keen to return to battle. To confuse their spells, the Justice League members switch costumes and Batman takes the opportunity to get further backup. They make short work of the djinn and proceed into the heart of the volcano which has a fissure that frees Black Adam from his prison in the Earth's core.
The League struggles against Adam briefly and Batman returns with the wizard Shazam's hero, Billy Batson. The two magical heroes fight and a brawl occurs between the Djinn, now powered up by Adam's abilities and the Leaguers. Constantine's magic teleports the Djinn to a safe place and a double punch powered by Kryptonian biology and Shazam's power incapacitates Adam. Wonder Woman suggests that they need a new headquarters and build a Watchtower on the site of the volcano.
