Synopsis for "Classic Rock"

Batman comes across a man accosted by three menacing men in an alleyway. He intervenes to save the elderly man and finds that the men are vile monsters. The old man dispatches them with lightning from his hands and runs off into the sewer. Batman follows and the old man explains that he is actually the Wizard Shazam, who is attempting to return to his home at the Rock of Eternity but he cannot find the portal.

Batman is skeptical and Shazam explains how his ancient magic powers the villainous Black Adam, who has sapped him of most of his strength and exiled him to Earth. More monsters appear just as Batman stumbles into a cosmic portal leading back to the Rock and the duo make their way back to the wizard's home, where Black Adam is tormenting Billy Batson, the Wizard's new champion who could transform into a superhero but the power of Shazam has been stored in an orb by Adam.

Batman sneaks into the Wizard's chamber but Adam notices him and unleashes the evil Brothers Djinn onto Earth, to wreak havoc on Baton's homeworld. The weakened wizard encourages Billy to shout out "Shazam!" in order to access his magic powers and after screaming it repeatedly, the vessel holding back the Wizard's power is destroyed. The fully empowered heroes easily defeat Adam and the superheroes return to Earth, where they quickly recapture the monsters, to chain them in the Rock of Eternity once more.
