Scott and Oberon prepare for their tour to advertise the Miracle Mister cleaning product, but they don't know Funky Flashman's contract was dealt with Manga Khan for an intergalactic tour. In the middle of the opening night for the Miracle Mister World Tour, Scott, Oberon, and Flashman get teleported to Manga Khan's ship. Inside the storage room for the Miracle Mister boxes, they learn about the real implications of the contract Flashman signed, and Scott is forced to make a tour throughout space.
The Justice League International, assuming Manga kidnapped Mister Miracle again, goes to the Cluster ship and demands them to let him go. Manga tricks them with a robot doppelganger of Mister Miracle that will stay on Earth while the real one travels in an intergalactic tour.
