Justice League International #19 is an issue of the series Justice League International (Volume 1) with a cover date of November, 1988.

Synopsis for "No More Mr. Nice-Guy!"

After being reverted back to his normal state by yet another hard blow to his head,[1] Guy Gardner finds that it was Logo who had crashed through the room inside the JLI's New York Embassy and into Guy. Guy gets angry and gets in a brawl with Lobo, who doesn't want to fight. But Guy is persistent and Lobo decides that he's going to kill Guy for free, since his normal policy is to only kill those of which he was paid to. The other present members break-up the fight, and Booster Gold encases Guy in a bubble until he falls asleep. Inside, Maxwell Lord wants to grant Lobo temporary membership, and Lobo makes up his mind that he will bide his time with the League until he can get them all together and kill them, because Lord Manga Kahn hired him to. Batman rejects Lobo's temporary membership, and leaves to go recruit other heroes. Batman is successful in getting Hawkman and Hawkwoman to join the team, but fails in getting Superman to. Elsewhere, Martian Manhunter, Rocket Red, Gnort, and Big Barda are still alive and in their ship out in space when they encounter the Cluster and decide to go to Apokolips.
