Synopsis for "Enemy of my Enemy"

On the Astro-Runner, Jessica Cruz and Arla Hax find themselves faced with the Eskaton - the herald of the end of the Fourth World. Jessica fires Omega energy at the demon, but as the Eskaton were meant to consume Darkseid, it is immune to Omega energy. Jessica and Hax can only flee, and the Eskaton follow - they want Orion who has only just been unmasked by Dex-Starr.

Blackfire and Dex-Starr launch themselves against the Eskaton, with Orion following. Jessica has been knocked out, and receives another message from Cyborg who warns her that he is coming. Despite their powers, Orion, Dex-Starr and Blackfire have little effect on the Eskaton, and Dex-Starr steps in to negotiate. He offers to lead the Eskaton to Darkseid, in exchange for Orion's life and peace. For now. With a deal reached, the Demons return to their inert cube.

In Sepulkore, Darkseid receives news of pursuit, and sends Cyborg to intercept them.

Unfortunately the AstroRunner has been heavily damaged, and they can only settle in a graveyard of ships, while the Sepulkore continues to rocket away from the universe. Jessica directs them to salvage parts from the wrecks, but someone has the same idea about them. Gamma Knife rockets to them to begin stripping their ship for parts.
