Ted Kord, along with Fire, Ice, and Booster, returns to Marquette for his high school reunion. He soon discovers the townspeople are all alien refugees. Tonight just happens to be the night alien tyrants return to abduct the townspeople. Unfortunately for the alien ruler, Blue Beetle and the Leaguers are on hand, and they quickly engage the alien ship. After a quick call for Justice League reinforcements, Blue Beetle routs the aliens. Ted comes to an agreement with his former classmates, he won't reveal they are all aliens so long as they don't divulge his secret identity.

Synopsis for "Homeward Bound"

Dmitri takes time to visit his Ukrainian cousins and learns how a tough winter and the softening of Communist rule has been hard for the Ukranians. His time with the Justice League has changed his worldview and created some conflict within his family. Later, as Rocket Red, he must protect a local Russian family from the angry Ukranian townspeople. His actions ease the tension between himself and his aunt.

Synopsis for "Time to Enjoy the Light"

Rising Sun follows Doctor Light around London all the while bugging her for a date. Doctor Light tries, unsuccessfully, to be rid of him. Soon, the two heroes must team up to battle a S.T.A.R. Lab's scientist who has become a creature of darkness. Following their victory, Rising Sun discovers why Doctor Light constantly turns him down. She spends all her free-time with her children, however, she agrees to have dinner in three weeks. As Rising Sun departs, distracted by his upcoming date, he is attacked by members of the Global Guardians.
