Synopsis for "The Arsenal of Souls"
After the JLTF's debut mission in Sanobel Island, Martian Manhunter has arranged for Gypsy to have permanent housing and operations with the new covert Justice League International branch.[1] Meanwhile, Lady Shiva hunts for Sa'ar and kills all devotees to this ageless sage.
