Synopsis for "Justice Lost, Part 3: Saigon"

The Watchtower had crashed landed in the East African nation of Buredunia, where its leader Red Lion (Matthew Bland) is eager to reap its advanced technology.

The Justice League - Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and Flash - are guarding the Watchtower while waiting for the Green Lanterns to recover it. The League are also protecting refugees that have now taken shelter nearby. As a result, the League engage in a confrontation with a rebel army led by a woman named Kamala, who is not pleased the League are intruding her country and accused them for harboring criminals among the refugees.

Meanwhile in St. Louis, Aquaman breaks into the home of Joshua A. Christian (aka "Deez") who is allegedly to be the Fan. However, he quickly finds out that Deez, who was a LexCorp employee and is paraplegic, is not the League's culprit.

A LexCorp airship led by Red Lion approaches the Watchtower and attacks the League; Red Lion declares to the League that the Watchtower is his under "international right of salvage." Red Lion attacks Cyborg and draws the other Leaguers' attention away from him by ordering his soldiers to target the refugees.

Batman has tracked down the Fan at LexCorp Archival Unit 7; he had traced the large energy signature from a transporter prototype that the Fan used to infiltrate the Watchtower. The Fan fights Batman and blabbing how he had infiltrated the Watchtower and stole Deez's credentials. Batman subdues the Fan by short out his suit.

Back in Buredunia, the League continue to hold off Red Lion's soldiers and LexCorp forces. Wonder Woman tries to get Superman to evacuate the refugees to a more safer area before one of the refugees draws a hidden assault rifle and fire at Superman. The bullets failed to penetrate the Man of Steel, but the bullets ricochet and hits Wonder Woman in the neck. Cyborg, whose systems is corrupted by the Fan, falls to Red Lion.
