Synopsis for "Takeover Of The Earth-Masters!"

Misinterpreting a radio-telescope message from Earth, aliens known as the Adaptoids believe the members of the Justice League to be super-powered tyrants, and so attack them with their evolutionary powers. After Red Tornado, Black Canary, Aquaman, Flash, and Superman are side-lined by injuries, they depend on Hawkman to call in reinforcements. Instead, the Winged Wonder, who had been exhibiting strange behavior due to his distraction over his exile from his wife and homeworld, seems to desert the team to return to Thanagar.
