Synopsis for "Rebirth: Two"

Vixen overtakes and captures a car driven by three terrorists who are, she is horrified to learn, working for the Red Dawn group which is led by her uncle, General Mustapha Maksai, who murdered her father after he had been elected president of M'Changa. Meanwhile, Hank Hey-wood's budding relationship with Vibe's sister Rosa is interrupted by Gypsy, and Aquaman lightens his intense direction of the group. The Monitor and Lyla watch as an entity known as the Overmaster builds and trains a super-group called the Cadre. Vixen breaks into jail to question Maksai's gunmen and learn his whereabouts.
