Justice League of America (Volume 1) with a cover date of March, 1964.
Synopsis for "Four Worlds to Conquer!"
Despero has escaped his prison and seeks to get revenge on the Justice League as well as conquer three other parallel Earths. Part of his plan involves rapidly aging Snapper Carr, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, and Atom, while transporting Batman, Flash, Aquaman, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter to the other Earths he intends to conquer.
On a world where dinosaurs have survived and are the dominant life form, the Flash loses his speed, but with the aid of an intelligent dinosaur, they manage to defeat Despero. On a world of giant sentient insects, Batman and Green Lantern manage to defeat Despero in that reality as well. Finally, Aquaman and Martian Manhunter manage to stop Despero on an aquatic world with the help of its intelligent sea creatures.
Meanwhile, at the Justice League's headquarters, an apparently aged Superman arrives. However, Wonder Woman realizes he's an impostor and snares him in her Lasso of Truth. Using it's powers, she forces the false Superman to reveal his true identity: Despero. With the truth revealed, she then forces the criminal to restore everyone back to their proper age and return her friends back to their Earth. Afterwards, the JLA begins to deliberate what to do with Despero when Snapper suddenly realizes that when he was rapidly aged, he totally freaked out the date he was on with his girlfriend, Midge, and rushes off to explain everything.
