Justice #10 is an issue of the series Justice (Volume 1) with a cover date of April, 2007.
Synopsis for "Justice (Chapter Ten)"
In order to beat the alliance of villains, break the young heroes free from their mind-control, rescue their families and save people, the Justice League and their allies need to perform a multi-pronged attack and create a lot of distractions.
The Atom has infiltrated the Legion of Doom's headquarters. The villains are throwing a party to celebrate their victory, although several of them are still arguing. Brainiac is carrying Aquaman and Mera's baby and talking about "modifying" him. His microscopic worms are swarming all over the place, but they can't get past Lex Luthor's personal force field.
As soon as Grodd senses and announces their presence, the Justice League storms the place. A massive brawl ensues, and Green Arrow, Black Canary and Enlongated Man take advantage of the chaos to slip away and in the underground levels. The true purpose of the battle is keeping the villains distracted so they don't notice several heroes are missing.
Simultaneously the Doom Patrol raises a ruckus somewhere in the villains' lair. Knowing Brainiac will deploy the heroes he still has under his control, the group deliberately turn themselves into bait and are attacked by Batgirl, the Teen Titans and the Marvel family.
The Justice League fights fiercely the Legion of Doom. Gorilla Grodd, who had been knocked out by Martian Manhunter, comes around, senses Green Arrow and Black Canary have crawled into the vent system and sends Clayface in. Enlongated Man holds him back while Arrow and Canary press ahead with their mission. Meanwhile, several members of the Legion opt to retreat and return to their cities via teleport tubes. Brainiac is still carrying Arthur and Mera's baby.
The Joker watches the young heroes subduing the Doom Patrol from a safe spot. Is he moping because he wasn't invited to joining the Legion of Doom? Of course not. He isn't liable to mope. He's liable to plant bombs across the city and then set them off.
Arrow and Canary make their way to the place where the hostages (Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, Commissioner Gordon, John Stewart...) are being held. As expected, they're being guarded by a mind-controlled Supergirl. Green Arrow pulls an arrow out of the quiver despite Black Canary asking him to not use the Kryptonite-tipped arrow. Queen shoots anyway but Kara dodges the dart and it apparently hits John Stewart.
Supergirl realizes too late she fell for it. That arrow wasn't Kryptonite-tipped. Hal Jordan's power ring was tied to it. John Stewart quickly puts on the ring.
