K'zandr was one of the New Gods of New Genesis.

History

She lived in a secluded area and acted as the protector of Highfather's oracle. This gave her a limited ability to see directly into the future. Her counterpart on Apokolips was Pythia. When The Source was polluted by Orion and Darkseid, Highfather asked the oracle for guidance. But K'zandr gave him an even more disturbing vision of the future: Izaya himself would be the one to destroy the Source. This omen caused Highfather to lose trust in his sanity, and he locked himself in an Asylum on New Genesis.
