Kanjar Ro was the dictator of his homeworld of Dhor, but his subjects eventually revolted and exiled him.

History

He eventually set his sights on conquering Earth. Using the Gamma Gong, Ro froze every human on the planet. The animals retaliated in the form of the Legion of Super-Pets. He feigned surrender in order to call his army of giant ants. Using the technology of Super-Gorilla Grodd, Beppo was able to free the humans by turning them into primates, allowing Ro to be outnumbered and arrested.
