The meanest, toughest, son of a bitch in the Kriegsmarine! 
Kapitan Kat was one of the best Kriegsmarine captains of Nazi Germany in the second World War.
History
He was personally ordered by Adolf Hitler and Hermann Göring with the mission "Operation Whip Hand" to negotiate with a ship full of American navy deserters in a fjord in Norway.
Unknown to Kat, the American navy found that out, and sent the Unknown Soldier in the disguise as Kat, to get the deserters back before they could change the sides to Kat and the rest of the Nazis.
His fleet and Kat himself were destroyed by an explosion caused by the deserters who went back to the navy.
