Lord Volt was the monarch of Earth-Six and husband to its only survivor, Lady Quark.

History

On Earth-Six, the United States lost the Revolutionary War. Lord Volt and his wife Lady Quark ruled America as a superpowered monarchy. During the Crisis on Infinite Earths, Lord Volt tried in vain to save his daughter Princess Fern from the antimatter wave and was killed. Earth-Six was subsequently destroyed and only Lady Quark was the reality's sole survivor.
