Kardiak is a giant, anatomical heart that terrorizes Jump City, making it an enemy of the Teen Titans.

History

Kardiak first appeared in Jump City when it invaded a park and attempted to kidnap children from a playground. It sucked the children up with its vacuum veins and trapped them within its chambers. The Teen Titans arrived on the scene and managed to defeat Kardiak, breaking it into pieces and freeing the children. However, later, Kardiak managed to regenerate itself and go after other children, requiring the Titans to intervene yet again.

Kardiak later resurfaced at another park in Jump City. Though the Titans were called to stop it, Larry the Titan accidentally released the Tween Titans into the world, and the chibi heroes stopped Kardiak before the real Titans could arrive.

Powers

• Unique Physiology: Kardiak can hover in mid-air and project valves that can suck up anything and anyone, trapping them within its arterial chambers.

• Regeneration: It is also capable of regenerating itself when damaged or destroyed.
