"Kolossal" Kate Krasher was an identity adopted by a camouflaged alien sent by her race to destroy Earth and use the minerals under the surface of the planet to create a new planet of their own. She was an enemy of the Flash.
History
When Kate Krasher's race discovered that their planet was dying they sent Kate to Earth to destroy the planet. The race would then use the minerals from below the surface of the Earth to create a new planet for their race to live on. Kate ordered the construction of the Central City Roller Derby Stadium and installed an energi-coil underneath it which descended to the Earth's core and would cause a worldwide earthquake when fully charged. It was powered by the roller skates used in the roller races which Krasher participated in while camouflaged.

Iris West visited the Central City Roller Derby Stadium with Barry Allen for research about Kate Krasher, the new roller derby sensation. Partaking in the race, Iris was knocked over the railing by Kate and while falling into unconsciousness saw Kate Krasher's true form. After leaving the CCPD Headquarters Barry witnessed a violent earthquake rupture the street and changed into the Flash to prevent damages and loss of life.
Noting that such an earthquake was impossible in Central City due to layers of bedrock, Flash visited the Science Institute to discover the source of the earthquake. After pinpointing the source of the earthquake and checking a street map, they discovered the source was the site of the Roller Derby Stadium. While investigating the roller skates and finding the hidden technology used to power the energi-coil Flash was knocked unconscious by Kate Krasher, who hung him in a strangling sheath.
Flash escaped Kate's strangling sheath by vibrating his body and causing friction between his molecules, giving off heat and causing the air in the sheath to expand. Attempting to stop Kate from charging the energi-coil fully, Flash skated in the opposite direction to Kate at super-speed. Barry discovered that Kate lured him into the stadium with the earthquake outside the CCPD Headquarters and made him skate in an anti-clockwise direction to charge the energi-coil at super-speed. The Flash skated round the track in a clockwise direction with ten pairs of roller skates in his backwash also helping to wind down the energi-coil. In an attempt to chase the Flash, Kate collided with one of the roller skates being pulled by the Flash's super-speed and was apprehended by the CCPD.

- Illusion Casting: Kate Krasher was able to create an illusion on her derby opponents and bystanders to make herself look human.
Weaknesses
- Power Limitation: Due to her illusion only working on people who are conscious, the illusion is broken if the onlooker is falling out of consciousness.
