Kate Spencer is the vigilante known as Manhunter.
History
Green Arrow
Kate eventually retired from her superhero identity to raise her son, Ramsey, and went back to being a lawyer. She became the defense attorney for Oliver Queen when he was framed for murdering his secretary. After the secretary was discovered alive, Kate sheltered the woman at her home. However, a corrupt cop discovered this and broke into Kate's house. He demanded that Kate give up the secretary and pointed a knife at Ramsey. Kate snapped at this moment and killed the cop immediately to protect her son.[1]

- Kate Spencer was created by Marc Andreyko and Jesús Saíz, first appearing in Manhunter (Volume 3) #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Kate Spencer first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Batwoman (Volume 2) #2 by J.H. Williams III and W. Haden Blackman.
