The daughter of a Chinese businessman and an American missionary teacher, Keng Quan Chee joined the Singapore-based Blackhawk Airways crew in 1948 as a secretary.
History
After their move to the United States, she became Assistant Director for Ground Operations, as well as office manager. She married Chuck Sirianni, one of the pilots.
Following their retirement, they moved to Georgetown, and raised Jimmy, the child of fellow Blackhawks Natalia Reed and Ritter Hendricksen, as their own.
