Kenneth Mars (b. April 4, 1935 – d.February 12, 2011) was an American actor who portrayed Max Mencken in the TV special It's a Bird...It's a Plane...It's Superman, Oberst von Blasko on the series Wonder Woman and Grant Gendell on the series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. He also voiced minor roles in Batman: The Animated Series.
