Kenneth Wayne is the only son of Alan and Catherine Wayne, who died giving birth to him.
History
He founded Wayne Chemical and continued the general growth of Wayne Enterprises by industrializing Gotham City. Kenneth married a woman named Laura Elizabeth and together they had two sons, Silas and Patrick Wayne. Laura was thirty-seven when Kenneth died, but she never remarried, focusing her attention on their children and the company.
