Kent Nelson was the superhero known as Doctor Fate. He was a member of the Justice Society of America.

History

During his career as hero, he fought against many villains, including the members of the Injustice Society of America: on Christmas Eve, 2010, he fought the Injustice Society one last time, along his comrades, as he died in the battle. Some time after the final showdown, the Helmet of Fate was taken to the JSA Headquarters by the only surviving member, Pat Dugan, where it was stored in Doctor Fate's honor along with a giant photograph of himself in his early years.
